Tech Point Return & Exchange Policy

At Tech Point, we stand by the quality of our tech products and mobile accessories. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy:

You can exchange any product bought from Tech Point within 3 days if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item doesn’t match the product’s original specifications or isn’t what you ordered. Change of Mind Not Acceptable.
How to Request an Exchange:

Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@techpoint.pk or WhatsApp at +92-309-2855101 if there’s an issue.
Send us a photo of the defective item to support@techpoint.pk within 3 days of purchase to process your claim.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are only processed online, not at retail stores.
  • We’ll send a replacement for defective or incorrect items shipped.

Exchanges are not supported if:

  • The request is made outside the 3-day window.
    The product is damaged due to use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Any item is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Refunds: Tech Point does not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on purchased items.
